The grounds are lovely and the

location is ideal for anyone visiting Phillips Academy. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the charming decor, but I did notice a lingering musty odor in the hallway that dampened the experience a little.

Couple Weekend Retreat

The staff was helpful, recommending local spots for a night out where we could have a drink and enjoy the scenery. The breakfast service was stellar-our table had a view of the grounds, the presentation of the food was exquisite and good.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the quality, it was worth it.

Exceptional dining experience!

Ideal choice for a mini-break over the weekend in Andover with decent value for money. The bathroom had a magnified makeup mirror, which was a nice bonus. Be sure to check out the nearby downtown for cute shops and eateries.

The Inn is elegantly decorated with high ceilings and charming furnishings, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. The spacious common areas were quite accessible, allowing for easy movement and comfort, perfect for seniors like me.

More grab rails in the shower would be helpful.

The coffee pot could have worked better. I was disappointed by the very small windows in our room, making the space feel more cramped than it needed to be. The bathroom door didn't close, which was quite inconvenient. Although we asked for maintenance to address these issues three times, no one ever came to assist us.

The Andover Inn boasts a lovely ambiance with a wonderful restaurant that offers a la carte breakfast, which felt special. The staff exemplified kindness, chasing after me during a downpour with an umbrella. The room had ample brightness, but unfortunately, the bathroom lacked sufficient shelving for toiletries.

The location is unbeatable for visiting nearby attractions, and the staff were notably courteous. The homemade yogurt at breakfast was a highlight, as was the cozy atmosphere of the room. However, our room had a severe mildew odor that was quite off-putting. Although the facilities appeared great, the event on-site made it feel overly busy during our stay.

the inn’s location is splendid. nestled near the campus and nearby art gallery offers lovely strolls. we appreciated the welcoming staff. always eager to assist and the garden area adds to the charm.
